TestPulse : AI-powered API test automation solution

Archimed : intelligent document assistant with zero-hallucination guarantee

Consulting services : AI strategy, technical audit, and MLOps

Training : certified GenAI and MLOps programs

Access to certain services may require account creation and acceptance of additional specific terms.

By using our site, you agree to:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information in contact forms

- Not attempt unauthorized access to our systems

- Not use our services for illegal purposes or in violation of these Terms

- Not reproduce, distribute, or modify our site content without authorization

- Respect Neoron AI's intellectual property rights

All content on this site (texts, images, logos, software, trademarks) is the property of Neoron AI Inc. or its licensors.

TestPulse and **Archimed** are trademarks of Neoron AI Inc.

- The source code, algorithms, and architecture of our products are protected by copyright

- Reports and results generated by our products on your behalf belong to you

- Your documents processed by Archimed remain your exclusive property

Access to TestPulse and Archimed is granted as a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license:

- The license is limited to the duration of your subscription

- You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute our products

- You may not reverse engineer our software

- Usage limits (number of APIs, document volume) are defined in your service agreement

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

- You remain the owner of all data you submit to our services

- We claim no ownership rights over your data

- Your data is never used to train our AI models

- We commit to deleting your data within 30 days of account termination

We strive to maintain the availability of our services but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

- Specific service levels (SLA) are defined in individual service agreements

- Planned maintenance interruptions will be communicated in advance

- We are not responsible for interruptions due to causes beyond our control

To the extent permitted by law:

- Neoron AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months

- We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted

- Test results generated by TestPulse are provided for informational purposes and do not replace human validation

- Archimed responses are sourced but do not constitute professional advice

You agree to indemnify and hold Neoron AI harmless from any claims resulting from:

- Your violation of these Terms

- Your inappropriate use of our services

- Violation of third-party rights resulting from your use of our services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services in case of violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination:

- Your data will be deleted within 30 days

- You may request data export before deletion

- Confidentiality obligations survive termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Quebec.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on our site. Your continued use of our services after publication constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
